Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. butter, softened
5 Tbsp. commercial fruit based fat substitute
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup refrigerated egg substitute
1 cup mini size real chocolate chips

In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl, combine butter, fat substitute, sugars, and vanilla extract; beat with electric mixer until creamy. Beat in egg substitute, then gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet which has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350* or until lightly browned. Do not overbake. Cool on wire racks.

Makes about 50 cookies.
