Chocolate Chip Chess Tartlets

1/4 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. bourbon
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Tartlet Shells:
1 1/2 cups sifted cake flour
3 oz Neufchatel cheese, softened
1/3 cup margarine, softened

Beat margarine at medium speed of an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add egg substitute; beat well. Add flour and salt; beat until well blended. Stir in bourbon, chocolate chips and chopped pecans. Set aside.
Make tartlet shells: Combine flour, Neufchatel cheese and margarine in a bowl, stirring until blended. Shape dough into 18 balls; cover and chill. Place each ball into a muffin cup which has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Press the dough halfway up the sides to form a shell.

Spoon filling into shells. Bake at 350*F for 30 minutes or until tartlets are lightly browned.
